In addition to the services included in the table beside the description of the chalets, the discreet presence of our team will accompany all your stay with special attention to your every need.

You will feel "pampered" by the little attentions that will be dedicated to you: a welcome pack containing confectionery products from the renowned "Mastai" pastry shop of local produce.

Upon arrival you will have the entire chalet and the outdoor areas of the estate equipped with tables and barbecue, our staff will make sure you find the fireplace on and a cozy and comfortable environment.

Transit Service Arriving to Departure. In the event of snow, our staff will take care of moving by an appropriate means.

CALIDARIUM WELLNESS SERVICE:

The Calidarium is an extra service we offer to our guests. To bring the Calidarium to temperature it takes half a day and this is why the reservation must be made 24 hours in advance.

The price of the property is € 300 and will remain at your disposal for the booked day.

Booking Conditions & Cancellation Policy "Krene Vacanze"

Please carefully read the reservation policies below. Each book, after his confirmation, contract value under current Italian legislation. The contract is binding on the person making the reservation and to all other persons mentioned in the same, including minors.

1. Booking

Following the availability request you will be sent an offer (non-binding). The booking will be confirmed only after our written notification showing the total price of the stay and after the payment of the deposit, to be made within 3 days from our confirmation. If payment is not received on time, the reservation is to be understood as anything.

The reservation is confirmed for Krene Vacanze only upon receipt of a copy of the receipt for payment of the deposit.

At which point we will send you an e-mail summary of confirmation to be shown at check-in. The booking confirmation constitutes acceptance of our terms of cancellation and deposit. We kindly ask you to check the accuracy of the above confirmation data and to be there any irregularities. Upon arrival you must present an identification document for each person.

Only in case of last-minute bookings, ie when arrival is scheduled on the day or the next day or in expressly authorized cases, you can make the full payment on arrival, without paying any deposit, a credit card will be required warranty.

The payment of the stay can be done directly in the facility with the preferred means: cash or credit card.

2. Payment

Send a copy of proof of transfer by email: info@krenevacanze.com indicating the date of your reservation, phone number and email address, you will receive confirmation.

3. Cancellation policy

Any cancellation of reservation must be communicated in writing. In this case the deposit confirmation will be retained but usable in other dates to be determined, and no expiration.

No reimbursement up to the host who decides to interrupt the stay already started, and then has to pay the whole stay booked No Show: (non-presentation)

In case of no presentation, the deposit will be retained.

5. Animal care

Pets are welcome, but subject to confirmation of acceptance by the manager of the Krene Vacanze. The guest that brings with it 'animals is kept to his care and cleaning and will not do it freely as not to disturb other guests in the apartment. It 'also required to keep it in their kennels or baskets and collect the needs from the garden. The additional fee for each animal is 10 Euro per day. For damages caused by negligence we will be asked for compensation.
